It's not just the pastor's job to bring people to Christ. That responsibility belongs to all Christians.  Jesus gave people instruction and authority and sent them out to a ripe harvest. Christ isn't proclaimed by our silence.  The Holy Spirit empowers us to go to people and demonstrate God's love. If we see people like Jesus sees them, we won't let fear stop us.
